THE OPERATION

The operation is performed under general anaesthetic by a local consultant urologist at a fully equipped acute care major private hospital. In our opinion local anaesthetic, which is an uncomfortable and cost cutting exercise, is not a viable option. You will be admitted early in the morning and spend most of the day at the hospital. You will need to arrange to be driven home afterwards. We have a comprehensive list of local hotels covering all price categories where you can stay the night before and / or after you operation.
